Construction is a complicated and messy business that at its best is challenging. The Capital Improvement Projects Office is making every effort to manage the construction process in a manner that minimizes disruption and makes this period of time tolerable for all concerned. The following photo montage has been created to further familiarize residents with what they may expect to see when construction is underway. Of course, not every neighborhood will undergo all of these conditions, but in many cases, Planned Progress will include these various construction components.
